All products sold on OnlineDealSmart.com are digital downloads, such as antivirus software activation keys, licenses, or downloadable setup files. As these are intangible goods, they are delivered electronically via email or made available for download after purchase. Once the license key or digital content has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
